Filtering all the way on the left, I stop at a keep clear area where a blue mini has stopped already.

Legal side of it is The turning car is in the wrong.

Even though the blue mini revs his engine high to pull off fast which also almost caused a collision so he kinda brought that stressful moment for him onto himself, if he pulled off normally he could of just hit the breaks and give a simple "Really?" gesture.

Oh well, at least i am safe lol

Depends how you look at it but yeah, you only hear about cyclists and car quite abit when the abnormal happens like before, you do get cyclists getting knocked off but it does not really hit the news until it is loads and people use that as an excuse but yeah most are cars because there is just more of them.
