Android 17 Update

Firstly if this should be in hobbies or somewhere else please feel free to move.

For anyone who gets the "update to Android 17" notification please be prepared for resetting everything in your phone / apps etc afterwards.

It seems since it updated on Thursday I have spent all my time resetting this that and the other!!

I've recently acquired a Samsung A16 and the UI 9 is about to land on it so I'm told.. Not sure if that's because of Android 17.

I preferred my old Xperia to be honest.. 🤷‍♂️

Sounds like it's a specific issue with your handset manufacturer's version of Android 17. My Pixel updated in June and it's been seamless.
