Android music/charging dock?

Anyone know of an android speaker dock that will allow you to play mp3s from the phone's SD card, while also charging the phone?

HTC desire, till March when I can get an upgrade.

You might want to wait until you get your new phone, because android (unlike apple) can go on phones made my different companies, and they all have different connections, so there isn't a one dock fit all solution.

That makes sense, crazy580, but the last 2 androids I've had have been micro-usb connections.

Ah, but if you were to change to, for instance, the new Samsung Galxy note, (which looks amazing!), then the port is on the top, not on the side.

You could just get a decent line in cable and plug it into your current hifi via the headphones port.

You can also do this with the Samsung Galaxy S2, (which looks amazing, but sadly isn't).

FWIW I use one of THESE on my desk which plays back any media I want via my iPhone. It's not the loudest or best quality sound in the world, but it's perfectly adequate for what I use

What about connecting to your pc with the usb cable, then play your music on windows media player?
