I can't recommend any cafe stops but going round the island is around 100 to 110 miles.

I sailed around twice in a 14 foot dinghy when I was a teenager (1972)! I didn't think it was 100 miles, more like 75, did it in two days anyway.

I advise you check the Tour de Mon 2017 longest route. It went all round the Island and covered 107 miles. Good route too as a guideline.

Must be slightly lunatic: he spent a fair portion of that first day of LEJOG on the dual cariageway A30, including the stretch going over Bodmin Moor. So many better route options. Still clearly still alive.

I found Anglesey to be very anticlimactic when I did Lôn Las Cymru a few years ago. After the stunning climbs and views going through the Brecon Beacons and Snowdonia, Anglesey seemed rather dull - could have been riding in parts of Kent, really.
