Announcement time is wrong

Hi Shaun.

I was just about to report that the hover feature is broken but have now spotted your announcement about it. Interestingly, the time of that announcement is displayed (to me) as 13:00 today but it is currently only 12:15. In my settings I have the time set to GMT (London) with DST enabled.

PS I have noticed a few hiccups again when loading CC pages today, but the delays haven't been as bad as they were over the past few days.

I think there's a glitch with announcement dates / times - I reported it a while ago and it'll apparently be addressed in a future update.

The correct time for the announcement was 02:57 this morning!!!!
