Hi Deano

MattHB has made a good point - get the SH56 cleats they are much easier to use than the SH51's that come with the pedals.

Another tenner or so but they are worth it - they fit all Shimano pedals that SH51's fit.

I use M520's and they are spot on and almost throwaway cheap but good quality nonetheless.

Wiggle are a great company to buy from though. I bought a mini pump from them about two years ago and it packed up on me a month or so ago, I emailed them and they have had it completely refurbished and are sending it back free of charge.
