I can see in "My Ebay" how many people are watching an item I'm selling. Can the people who have my item on their watch list see how many others are watching it too?

Nice easy one this! No, only you can see the number of watchers, and only about 1% have any intention of bidding in my experience.

No they can't see how many others are watching. Only you as the seller know that.

As the others have said, only the seller knows that info.

I've had items where there's been 2 watchers and they've gone into a bidding war, and I've had items with dozens of watchers go unsold, so I don't think the number counts for much.
