you could join up with the sustrans cycle track that goes along the river then cross over at the bells bridge and go through govan then cut through braehead going via the car park (or the path next the river) that will mean you miss out the roundabouts then through renfrew from where it is then signed for cyclists out to the airport, i think the cycle path goes on the pavement around the perimeter of the airport fence
