Ride It Like You Stole It!

Well research will tell you you need a motorbike helmet...... come on, many of us regularly push silly speeds, our only advantage is the bike weighs 8-20kg's, not a few hundreds....
Personal choice....yeh I wear one when out seriously, not when pootling with the kids. Why..... on the serious rides, good cooling/sweat absorption - my current skull cap/helmet combo soaks up everything/evaporates the lot - otherwise I'd either look like Pedro Delgardo with a sweat band (been there)....or with a silly cap that would leak.....
And, just in case, it's OK for stopping a nasty headache and gravel rash on the old bonce, might even avoid concussion. Anything that will cause more serious injuries..well...we'll all be gonners - helmet or not. Oh, and it keeps the better half and kids a bit happier.........given my track record of being knocked off/falling off over 24 years....
Anyone spot this stupid link to a polly helmet stopping a bullet...yeh right !
Here...hmmmmmm
