Those people hanging about on the tight bends are taking a chance. I met a woman once who had stood on the outside of a bend at the Isle of Mann TT and got her leg shattered by a motorbike which didn't make it round the bend ...
I was just thinking that I wouldn't fancy having to walk back up that hill carrying my shopping when I spotted a pedestrian walking back up the hill carrying a bag of shopping!
