some one told me he was not wearing a hemet , dont know if thats correct or not ,
personally at 6 in the morning in the pitch black i think you are asking for trouble ,
the amount of cyclists i see on the road in the dark wearing dark clothing and no lights is beyond ,
shame though , time they came down heavy on the drivers and taught them a lesson ,

the helmet bit was in a paper apparantly , plus to put it bluntly i was referring to the fact that if people ride in the dark then the risk factor rises ,
like running in the dark same thing , dark equals risk ,
an early morning means drivers are half awake , half pissed from the night before , an in a hurry usually ,
