Another night time bike camera question

Last night, an electric car slowly followed me down a hill as I freewheeled towards a left turn junction. I sensed the car sneaking up on me NOT keeping its distance…then as I turned into the junction the car accelerated to top speed and belted around me to ramp up the scare factor. I wanted so much to capture this entire situation but it’s too late now.

Is there a discreet helmet mounted camera that can record immaculate 360 night time video (and day time of course), so good that a car plate and other ID (including the driver in the seat) can be easily seen when zooming in?

Researching, there’s too many options…but is there a 360 camera for helmets with exceptional tech for my ills?

I see it's been a while since you've posted, but I just wanted to ask if anyone's had luck with newer camera models picking up number plates more clearly at night. I’ve been wondering if a brighter front light aimed slightly lower might help avoid too much glare and improve the camera image. Curious if anyone’s tried that or found any new camera setups that work better?
