What size is it, and what's the frame weight without forks? They usually ride brilliantly.

Looking at numbers on their it looks to be 1952/53 then approximately.

I agree with it being a Quinn but not so sure about those stamps, mine has very subtle numbers, the lugs do like right. The ride feel is good apart from the stock fork I changed mine for a 1" carbon
