Anyone recommend any nice looking plants that cats don't like?. I'm mindful to plant a few after catching a local moggy starting to 'lay a cable' in my flower bed last night. I've heard marigolds are good...?

My neighbours tried all sorts to keep the cats on our street away. Nothing worked.

Why not plant a small patch of cat mint somewhere out of the way? They'll go for that every time so at least the problem is contained.

The only way to guarantee no cat crap in the garden is to own a cat , they come trained to crap 3 doors down.

Cats aren't stupid. Nothing really works. If it's nice soft soil they will crap in it.

Ours was in all weekend. Didn't poop in the litter tray whilst we were away. Let her out. It was wet outside. She came back in after 15 mins and did a big poop in her tray...

There is some truth in that. The way to stop them crapping in your garden is to feed them. They won't crap where they eat.

My sister has a cat crap problem in her garden and regards cats as pets for idle bar-stewards. You don't have to take it for walks, pick up its shoot or even feed it if you have soft neighbours who'll gladly feed the poor puddy-cat. She'd gladly bump them off, the cat owning, or 'stray' cat feeding, neighbours that is.
