I used to use sudocreme, but MrsPK bought some Assos - it has a surprising Tingle inducing effect!

Where exactly are you applying this creme, it is suppose to go on your ass os.
But seriously isn;t Assos creme supposed to go on the pad?

'Apply to the friction area' are the instructions on the tub. Put some on the pad for increased protection. I've never found the latter necessary.

Sudocreme here especially on multi day rides , it also has the added advantage that you get it anywhere , even in 24 hr petrol stations at 3:00am which is useful if you have left your's on the back of the toilet at the last control

Any one recall a cycling chamois creme that had other properties, chain lube, grease for your bike components and could also be used as a sandwich spread?

Was called 'The Randonuer ' I think?
