Anyone visited Antur stiniog, nr Blaenau Festiniog, web info,s bit sketchy as only opened July21st + website is in welsh ?
Are the trails just open odd day,s with uplift booking only ?
Am i best taking an AM & DH bike

On their home page you will notice an english flag in the top right hand side, this takes you to the english page.

In my opinion, the uplift service is one of the slickest in the UK, no hanging about at the bottom, as soon as you finish the run you load your bike up and off you go again. You can easilly get 13 - 14 runs in as long as you have no mechanicals or punctures.

Although there were planty of people with full on DH bikes and robocop protection, there were a fair number of people on AM bikes and even the odd one or two hardtails. However, I wouldn't take a hardtail down either of the Black routes.
