Any Cricket bat owning photographers out there?

That could do me a favour.....

I need a decent photo of cricket bat (the older the better) and ball (possibly with some blue Stilton or similiar... yes the cheese, or a cup of black coffee in a chintzy cup) That I can re use for a commercial purpose... for an Amazon Ebook cover entitled 'Ricky Spinner and the Ashes Debacle' that I hope to get finished (its in complete but draft stage at the moment) in time for this summers ashes (debacle'?)

I have looked on Bing and Google but can't see anything suitable listed in Public domain or free for commercial re use....

I took the photo of my last ebook myself but don't own a cricket and nor does anyone I know..... my brother has a set of pads but no bat.... (how is that?.... see what I did there....) I looked at buying one for the shoot but don't want to start the books publishing state in negative equity.....

Now the BIG BIG favour I can't afford to pay initially but would be willing to 'see you right' with a one off payment of £50.00 if it Sells (for money rather than free promo copies) a 1000 copies within 1 year.... this would represent 15% of my royalties up to that point

I wouldn't want copyright just usage rights and I would offer a photo credit in the book (and a link to a website if wanted) and I may need to tamper slightly with the image (possibly change to sepia, crop etc...)

EDIT: I won't ask for the thread to be closed..... Its provided some funny comments but following some helpful suggestions I reckon I can sort an image myself (not involving a cricket bat though....)

Thanks, love the one on the right, but its copyrighted to a cricket club... I could ask their permission (and may do....) but would rather have a bespoke photo... but thanks for the effort... I googled for hours and didnt think to add tea on to the search term

That's the benefit of that search engine, it specifically looks for images etc. that have been marked for the public domain or otherwise free for commercial use.

Cheers I'd tried google and bing and nothing came up..... but I'm thinking about a different idea involving a cut out of the ashes urn (to scale) and a very old coffee cup I own......
