Any Good Budget Wheelsets Out There?

Just wondered if there are any good budget lightweight 700C clincher wheelsets about at the moment. In the past I have had a couple of pairs of AL30's from Planet X and Elite 30's from Superstar both sets were sub £150 and weighed around the 1500 to 1600 gram level and have been pretty bomb proof for year round commuting subject to an occasional bearing replacement. Unfortunately neither are available any more.
Anyone seen anything good recently?

Prime from Wiggle and Shimano RS10's are both pretty reliable and bombproof, but aren't as light as 1600g. more like 1800/1900 ish

Rs10's are fantastic for the money
