Think it was Mountain Bike Rider, late 90's. I'd written in complaining about the effeminate sorts who were fitting suspension to their MTBs.
Garmin return -
at least 4 years old I'm afraid....
Most men need a sat nav to locate it anyway.Probably Razzle.
^^+1. My Oregon 600 (not cycling related gps, but general hiking/geocaching gps) just died on me a couple of months ago. I bought it in 2014, butI RTU'd it in to Garmin in the hopes it would get some sort of re-birth. It was dead, so they offered me a refurb unit (a non dead one they were able to fix) for less than 70 notes. OK my current unit is now a refurb second hand one, but it works. And it has a 1 year warranty.Try it, they may do a refurb price !!!
I'm not convinced the Garmin spot actually exists...Most men need a sat nav to locate it anyway.
