Derailleur style spring tensioners are out.
Sliding rear dropouts were not yet a thung but I like them.
Eccentric bottom brackets depend on their tightening system. Set screws are weak. Simple wedges get stuck. Self removing wedges are OK. Frame clamping bolts are good.
