The Peter Rabbit one I found in the same tin is also like it.
Squirrel one is still available in uncirculated condition for £12.99 and there were 5 million released into circulation.

I have a few of these special Peter rabbit 50p.
A slight miss strike on the rim is fairly common.
I have a 2012 triathlon one which is one of the rarest one. Still worth little more than face value.
The crazy prices quoted in some sources are unrealistic and probably never resulted in a completed sale.
Even the rare ones aren’t very rare when they have been minted in the hundreds of thousands.
