We are.
Recently taken up their offer of a delivery pass that gives free delivery (for a price) over a specified time period (6 months?)

So, did a few quick calculations, and decided it was worth it.

Since then, we've had none of the weekly voucher codes via e-mail that we usually get. And each code tends to be worth more (in discount) than the delivery cost.

Feel right royally ripped off. Time to ask for money back, I think.

the trick I'm told is to sign up direct with Waitrose too and then alternate, changing only when the one you aren't using sends you a £20 loyalty tempter.

They tempted me a couple of times with a voucher for a free big bottle of Duvel.

I had the delivery pass and found the same as you so I stopped it and didn't do a shop for a few weeks and then the offers start up again. Also log in with different e-mail addresses and you can leave one alone for a while until the offers start up on that one.

Have you tried their own brand goods? I've had the tinned tomatoes, baked beans, soya milk and loads of others and they are just as good as the branded variety.

And another thing, don't order any eggs! The ammount that get broken is incredible! A couple of years ago the packing of the bags was a big problem ( I used to be a delivery driver and spent ages repacking stuff!) and you could find a squashed loaf of bread at the bottom of a pile of cans. Overall the delivery is very good though.
