My daughter's asthma seemed to be in over-drive last month, the Doc has changed her preventer from Beclamethasone to a purple one (can't recall the name) which has been a massive improvement - just in time for her dance exams. The purple preventer has a built in long lasting reliever. She had been sleeping with her blue under her pillow as she couldn't get throught the night without waking short of breath.
Night time is always the worst. I hope that she improves soon.

My asthma is fine at the moment. In cold weather (when it is worse) I take two puffs of Ventolin before I start, and two after a mile or so, then I am fine for however long I ride. I started taking a preventative called Serevent a few years ago, and it has reallt decreased the amount of times I have bad asthma. Very rare that it is not under control after a couple of puffs now.

I have been taking hay fever remedy for last two days, cos I sneezed a couple of times.
