Any Plant Spotters?

So, I have this plant/bush growing in the garden. Trouble is I don't know what it is. It doesn't produce a flower but does grow like mad. Any help would be appreciated. Here is a picture of it:

A bit of a wild guess, but possibly some sort of Euphorbia ?

Does it have milky sap ?

If it does, beware of touching it, I think the sap can be irritant...

Thanks for the replies. It does grow very quickly, I have had to seriously thin it out. I have had it 5 years but the flowers never bloom, it does look nice in the corner though, except it blocked up the neighbours drain!

we have the same one and i can confirm it grows like wildfire and needs to kept under check
