My opinion, if you want to minimise punctures then stick with M+

Specialized Armadillo but they don't last anywhere near as long as M+

I was thinking of switching to Durano Pluses for my hybrid in the summer. How durable are they compared to M+s?

They are very durable. Fast rolling too.
However, as with all tyres, if you look after them, they will look after you. Before and after every ride, check the tyres for any crap that's sticking to/in them. Dig that crap out so it doesn't work it's way in. It's a pain checking all the time, but less of a pain then a puncture.

I'm using Delta Cruisers and they don't puncture much more than M+. Ordinary Marathons seem nearly indistinguishable from M+ in puncture protection and the Fietserbond's tests suggested they roll much more easily.

There never used to be much to choose between Schwalbe, Michelin and Specialized's protected offerings, but I felt Specialized changed for the worse a few years ago... I actually took an Armadillo Nimbus OFF one bike before it wore out.
