Any recommended "Speed and Cadence sensor for e.g. zwift"

I have a turbo trainer and a spare bike so I am thinking of getting an ANT+ speed and cadence sensor.
I was going to get a new trainer but I might as well give try things out at the lower end, and see how it goes.

All sorts of good and bad reviews from the £9.99 mark to over £50

Any recommendations for something that is not a pig to setup.

I have a PC (bluetooth) or can probably use an Android tablet

Am with @Heltor Chasca Wahoo all the way simple and just work easy to fit too.

Wahoo are both ANT+ and bluetooth so should work without a dongle

How does ZWIFT know what resistance setting I have, I can make it easy for myself and beat the virtual opposition.
Do most of the smart trainers have settings fed into them from the virtual ride?

I noticed some Bluetooth ones in the clearance bit at Aldi last time I was there.

If it’s a dumb trainer Zwift will tell you what resistance setting to have it on if it is supported (I.e Zwift have tested it to determine the power).
If it’s a Smart trainer it will feed in automatically as long as it is in the list of supported trainers.
