Best programme on telly, only time I see a decent pair of pins these days.:biggrin::biggrin::biggrin:

And Camilla Dallerup doing the Jive, them legs move like well oiled poetry :tongue:and if I could make mine move as fast spinning up hills would be a doddle.
I just find the "strictly.." and all modern ballroom stuff too stylised for my liking. I love to watch good dancing, and only wish I could dance better myself, but (and I've put this clip up here before a few times) this dancing (see clip) really takes my breath away. From a 1940s film Hellzapoppin'. I could write more about the Jazz musicians at the beginning (I bought the main guy a drink once) but that's another story. watch this for dancing!
(it comes after music, about 2'42 in)

I can't quite get into it this year. I think there are too many couples and it goes on too long. I've found that recording it and fast forwarding through the bits of Brucie trying to be funny and all the training footage cuts it down nicely.

Yes, I'm the same. I find that not going near the telly under any circumstances while there's the remotest possibility that any reality TV programmes might be on helps. That and nailing some old pallets across the front of the telly and putting it in a skip. In Scotland.

I don't like "Strictly".
