Did parkrun went ok for first lap, second lap awful nothing in legs 19.40...
Ran first lap too hard.
Hadn't run during week either - light ride in Monday that's all.

44 years of running and I still get pre event nerves no matter the distance. I ran 6 days a week for decades with Sunday being my long run day, my subconscious must have taken over as I always had the urge for a second visit to the bog before heading out.
