Our energy provider has just transferred from E-on to E-on Next... a subsidiary company of E-on.

On the one hand, I'm presuming it won't make much difference... but on the other, a quick Google shows far more terrible reviews of E-on NEXT than good ones.

Anyone on here have 1st hand experience?

I was transferred to E-on Next a while ago, I've not noticed any difference really. I get a regular email requesting a meter reading which I duly send in, followed a couple of days later by an updated statement. I have just had an email saying my DD is going up but I was expecting that as my existing payments were getting a little behind usage. I will say I have not so far needed to contact them for any reason so cannot comment on their customer service.

I think they're the ones that have taken over my FIT (solar PV) payments. They were absolutely useless with the first payment. The lost the read after sending an acknowledgement email. Second payment went through ok but I don't have much confidence in them.
