It's not possible to be precise, because the proportion of live births that result in triplets is quoted as different numbers in different sources. Most seem to be in the range of 1 in 7,000 to 1 in 10,000.
The odds of being born on 29th February are known exactly = 1 in 1,461.
Using 1 in 10,000 for triplet births (and rounding off) gives an answer of about 14.5 million to 1.

Although you are making a basic assumption that births are spread evenly throughout the year.

I was pondering if mothers with reluctant wombs (needing to be induced), and those going for scheduled cesareans would all avoid 29th February for the actual date of birth. And that is ignoring those mothers that can hold on for a few hours just to get past midnight.

Of course the internet helps out here:
Most popular days for being born.

Turns out 1st Jan, 25th and 26th December are the least popular days. But no clear evidence that 29th is particularly unpopular. Feb not a great month for births anyway. Actual chances of being born on 29th Feb are 1 in 1484.5, so not that far off 1 in 1461, and certainly not enough to get excited.
