In Spitalfields? They have a bike for a good price, seems to come with a Retul fitting. Just wondering what folks' experiences are with their service / aftersales

Cheers

I bought a bike there. They are o.k. nothing amazing, just o.k.

The free retul fittings only apply to the carbon bikes, but I think with the Alu bikes the fitting is half price.

Thanks. It's a steel bike and says retul on the page. Genesis equilibrium 20. It's £150 off list and not far from me in the general scheme of things. Not many sellers of the bike. Evans have but at full rrp and I wouldn't choose to buy a bike from them unless it was a bargain

I am between sizes so would hope they could advise. I know it'll need tweaking, will definitely need narrower bars, maybe a stem

The t&c actually state half price retul fit on alloy bikes, so this will include steel I guess! I think they will probably negotiate on the Retul fit if you ask. If it is only £75 v the sale of a £1.1k bike they may just go for it..

I am only going on what it says on the page for that bike

"Retul fit available with this bike" Says nothing about steel. I assume they do a free fittiing on a carbon bike down to the cost, the Genesis costs as much as an entry level carbon - they'd surely just be better putting a price cut off

Might try to get to them next week, need to wait for the interest free credit card to arrive first

DO NOT go there with an empty credit card, some lovely bikes including Focus and Storck! In all seriousness, I'm sure you can get a discount to pay for the fitting if it isn't included.
