I'm taking part this year, wondering what sort of training you're doing if taking part?
Currently I'm commutting to work which is 27mile round trip mon-fri, on a sunday I cycle around 13 miles to to Toy's Hill, do a loop of Toys/Ide Hill which is 10 miles round, at the moment I'm doing 4 laps then home.
Anybodys insight would be appreciated!!!
