Despite the yellow warning of snow (or was it a warning of yellow snow?), all we are getting so far is rain - and lots of it .
Is anyone actually getting snow, or is it just the BBC scaremongering again?

Snow is fantastic till you pass your eleventh birthday, then you realise what a disruptive pain in the arse it is.
I am slightly past my 11th birthday and I have to admit that I quite enjoy snow. The disruption is hilarious and just goes to prove how reliant we have become on a fragile transport system. Mind you, I don't care too much if I can't get to work; and I have enough tins in the cupboard to survive for a while.

I'm self employed, need to drive for my job and don't eat if the money stops coming in.

I have been in Perth for the last couple of days and the matrix signs were all set to a yellow warning for snow. No signs of any yet though. I am prepared. The survival kit is back in the car.

Warnings are still in place for this area but no sign of it as yet.

Apparently 5-10cm tonight for high ground, so I have the snow shovel out ready. We are right in the middle of the predicted area.
