My return to cycling has been a breath of fresh air,the legs are still there..the hands..i will never forget where the brakes are.the other bits are trying to keep up,anyway i went on ebay and ordered a small bag,i missed the"Micro" bit,what are these things for,see pic,what do you lot put in the "Micro Bag" ?

they really are only for a rolled up tenner, a couple of tyre levers, so glueless patches and a co2 inflator maybe a multi tool or chain tool at a push!

What do you lot put in the "Micro Bag" ?

In a bag that size all your going to get is a road sized tube, levers and patches. For anything else use your jersey pockets, simple

and that is a rear road bike with cleats and all not just someone having a laugh! anyway bananas are full of potassium and lots of other goodness
on a more serious banana note i bought one of these out in sweden but also available in england under the name of banana case and you may laugh and mock but it works great and isn't just a novelty as i have banana in it every single day in school and boy do i throw my school bag around! and it is 100% un bruised etc
