Thought you cafe dwellers might be interested in an opportunity to drink as much complimentary tea and coffee as possible overnight on the 9th August
The Exmouth Exodus overnight ride to the sea is in the unfortunate position of having an ever increasing number of riders (nearly 300) but an ever decreasing pool of volunteers. @User76 has organised for the Cheddar Scouts to stuff people full of cake and we can just about run the half way food stop at Fivehead, thanks to Jefferson and a couple of riders who are stopping en route to help, but at the moment the traditional outdoor tea-stop on Luppitt Common won't be happening because we don't have enough hands. That's a huge shame because the Luppitt stop is a highlight of the ride (tea and biccies as the dawn sun peeks through the trees) and it's saved the ride for many weary travellers.
If anyone thinks they might be able to help at Fivehead (20.30 - 03.00) or Luppitt (01.30 - 06.30), even for a couple of hours, it would be much appreciated by helpers and riders - please drop me a PM
