Anyone joining in Black Friday?

I bought a £1.29 paint kettle, complete with a snap-on lid today. I'm sure it wasn't a bargain. I'm a bit sore about that.

The till receipt came with a thingy that said I was entered into a monthly prize draw of £500. I don't know how many paint-splattered people such as myself go to Leyland SDM decorator trade counters each month throughout the UK, but I'm feeling lucky. I'm not going to stamp my foot just yet.

I got caught up in it, and completely lost my head. I bought a pair of trousers for £eqv.12 when they 'were' £eqv.30. A saving of nowt, as i wouldn't have bought them otherwise.

I got Hubster a kindle fire for Christmas today. I got it today as he was out and I will be working while he is out for the next few weeks. Delivery is not a problem as it's going to my works Not sure if that counts as joining in the Black Friday bonkersness

Not cycling related but I saved myself a total of £122 on 4 shirts that I bought yesterday. So I'm pleased.
