My son (nearly 13) has joined a youth boxing club, it's one of those free ones run by volunteers.
He absolutely loves it. It's mostly fitness and circuits, with a bit of technique and shadow boxing.
My question is, on the first session he had to stop because he felt sick. On the third session he was actually sick (and so was another lad).
Is this normal? He is no stranger to exercise, he's built like an olympic gymnast and excels at football, Rugby and Athletics at school. I'm a bit worried that if he's feeling/being sick each time, he is doing too much
