Anyone recognise this basket rack?

Saw it on a bike chained up yesterday, and it looks like exactly what 'er indores has been asking me to track down - a good, robust rack to enable her to put a basket on the front of her hybrid (avoiding brake cables and the like) that can hold a reasonable amount of weight.

As far as I could see it was secured two ways - one on the central brake bolt, and one on the fronts of the brake cantilevers-or-whatever-you-call-them.

Never seen one quite like it. Does anyone have one? Have any idea who makes them/where I might be able to get one? I've done a bit of googling, but without success, so if anyone has any ideas I'd be most grateful.

Thanks - that's cracked it! Sometimes it's just a question of knowing what the thing actually is (eg 'brake-mounted front rack').

As for what bike it was, sorry, haven't a clue. I was only looking at the rack.
