Maybe 5 to 10 years ago, i was just a mile into an evening ride, just got dark and a meteor pretty much like the second shot in that video shot across the sky right over the top of me...maybe a mile or so high, saw it travelling for maybe 4 or 5 seconds.
I was so impressed by seeing it so low and close...closest ive ever seen one. I scoured the papers the next day...not a mention.
