My laptop is too old to run the Bkool simulator and I can tell the wife is going to get annoyed with me using hers all the time.

Been thinking of an android tablet, (ipad is too expensive) so anyone using one? Is the simulator the same on a tablet, and what what spec would you recommend?

Thanks

Martin

I have used a series 1 Samsung galaxy tab 10 and a galaxy note pro 12 with the bsim software without issue. Both have a built in Ant+ receiver.

The built in Ant+ receiver helps imo.

You'll need one with ant+ built in - or you'll need one that supports USB-OTG (on the go) so that you can plug a micro-USB-to-USB-socket cable into it and plug an ANT+ USB dongle into that:

I use a Nexus 9. Seems to work, but I've twice hd problems uploading sessions after completion. Not sure if it's related to the tablet or app.

Got a £99 Tesco Hudl 2 in the end, works fine although cant charge it and use the Ant+ at the same time as only one Micro USB socket. Just need to charge it in advance as Bkool drains quite a bit of power.

Linked it up to a bigger TV screen with an HDMI cable and its brilliant.
