Anyone used Radweit maps for German cycle network?

I am planning a ride from Bristol to Copenhagen next year and stumbled across some AMAZING maps designed by someone in Germany (www.radweit.de) arranged in a way that journeys between cities are arranged in sections on one page. Worth a look!

What concerns me, however, is that the distances quoted are shorter than those I have found elsewhere on the net - and by a significant margin. Does anyone have experience of these maps? Or could you verify any of the following distances?

Hamburg to Bremen - 118km (http://www.radweit.de/hhhb/hhhby.html)

Hamburg to Rostock - 203km (http://www.radweit.de/hhrk/hhrk.html)

Many thanks!

Hamburg to Bremen as the crow flies is less than 100Km so 118Km on a cycle route sounds about right

Hamburg to Rostock is 150km as the crow flies so 203Km on a cycle route sounds about right too.

Hope that helps

His routes might be shorter than those quoted if he is not following the official routes. I've never heard of these but will have a shufti round to see if I can find one. Thanks for the tip.

For the longer routes it is hard to beat the Bikeline/Esterbauer books for the sheer volume of info in them.
