They've got the Indian's well and truely rattled.

Alastair Cook has just broken the English record for number of test 100's and he's only 27!

This is truly a bumper year for British sport. Can we reopen SPOTY nominations

Listening on the radio - very well placed in this test but given how unprecedented this is, I'm trying to manage my personal expectations. Surely something will go wrong soon ?!

Cook is the youngest batsman ever to reach 7000 test runs. The former holder of the record was Sachin Tendulkar.

I can hardly believe I've typed that. Cook has outstripped Tendulkar. Time to put the kettle on.

So funny reading all the comments from Indian fans on cricinfo before the series started and after the first test and comparing them to now.
And I thought England Football and Rugby fans were one eyed.

Over in the chatroom, smiffy and I discussed England's LVP at present, and Samit Patel won by a street.

what a bizarre way to get out

Still, forty odd ahead and seven wickets in hand isn't bad. The Indian bowlers must be exhausted. Time for Pietersen to make amends......

I think your right, but Bell hasnt done much recently either.
Now lets get a 200 run lead and let rip with Monty and Swann.
