Apple Phone charger blows-up -- Check your Charger

It seems that fake Apple chargers are doing the rounds once again and blowing up on people, they look exactly like the original but are exceptionally dangerous. We have had a situation at work with one purchased from a reputable online retailer.
thought it was worth reminding people of this to avoid anyone getting hurt
