Arc en Ciel ( Mercier )

I managed to purchase this lightweight Mercier built bike.
Has nice Mavic / Normandy large flange Sprint rims.
Simplex gearing.
Belleri stem with engraved bars.
Mafac levers and centre pulls.
Original Mercier sport saddle.
Will be nice when finished.
Not sure on tubing. Decal for tubing is missing some.
Any ideas.
