Are there much tracks and trails around Hornchurch?

I am going down to Hornchurch in November and was thinking of taking my gravel bike down with me. I live in North Tyneside where there is an abundance of tracks and trails. So, are there many tracks and trails (with little to no technical sections) in the Hornchurch, Harold Hill, Romford area?

I'm on the Kent side, so not familiar with cycle trails. But Epping Forest is just 16 miles from Hornchurch and I believe has cycle trails. You would need to do your own research to confirm.

I don't do off-road so can be of limited help. Sharky is correct Epping Forrest attracts a good no. I know someone who spent a day cross crossing it doing 50km and 1100m of climbing.

Thornton country park is nearer but not so extensive.

Thorndon park on the other side of Brentwood offers nice paths too, some restricted to foot traffic only though.
