I bought multi vit pills from a well known company for years.when the cost got too much i stopped.Did not feel any difference.Change of diet,exercise walking light gardening,digging and of course cycling.Try to stop the ciggies if you can,Eat well but a little cake and chocolate is a must,a treat.Sorry about the breakup.A few of us have gone through that,keep your chin up.All the best.

Back to the op. I get restless legs and the shooting sensation which makes my legs keep if I'm trying to get to sleep.

Magnesium and potassium supplements can help just incase your diet isn't good enough. It helps nerve function.

I have times where I take supplements and sometimes dont. Usually if not feeling good then I'll take them for a while.

The fizzy multi Vit tablets aren't bad.

I've not been taking any recently and my blood pressure has shot up (stress related) but a few days of supplements plus beetroot has brought it back to normal.

I don't think you need supplements all the time but sometimes you do get run down.
