yeah the tape will get grubby id imagine but it looks good when its fresh

You can clean white bar tape, and yes it looks fine, my wife has it on her bike.

ordedred off ebay white tape ,,outers and new white charge spoon the bars (although you dont see very much)are black,,black levers and the stem/headset is black ,,i think itl look pretty good when its all on ,,il post pics when its done ,,cheers

Lifes too short for white bar tape. I'd rather ride my bike than spend hours trying to get bar-tape clean.
