I may only weigh 8 1/2 stone but thats a lot when your 3'4

I am 5'8" and weight 10 stone 4lb. This time last year ( I was still 5'8" ) but weighed over 13 and a half stone.

I went from a size 16 to a size ( well 11 now if there is such a size as 12's too big) I went to healthy eating and cycling

I don't do chocolate or biscuits etc.,

Geeze Lisa you must be very very slim, at that height and that weight. I have been told off now for being too thin but I cannot do a thing about it, the bike is taking weight off on almost a daily basis
