Or there's Android Pay and Samsung Pay is coming. I'm not ever so convinced of the benefits over ordinary contactless though. You still should check your bills.
It's more secure, being behind a finger print instead of nothing is an advantage. Better than a 4 digit pin too, but the amount of options for a 4 digit pin the benefit is negligible.
However, on a till receipt when you use a card, it prints out your card number, etc, in full. Where as using apple pay, it generates a random number, and transmits that, using a device ID to reference it to the phone used. Meaning, stores don't ever actually see, or get your card details at all.
