Called in yesterday for an item. It wasnt in stock there or anywhere close (i had been on line but misread it).
Not to worry.....we can deliver it to your house tonight (last night) between 1900 and 2200.........no charge. So I agreed.
One minute later a text to confirm time slot.
1700...... a text to narrow it down to 1900 and 2030.
2000 a text to say it will be there in 10 minutes.
10 minutes later the bell rings......bingo.
Cant get much better than that.

I've had the same experience on a couple of occasions when buying from Argos. Quite impressed.
